d333 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "d333" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at d333.lat, including all associated pages, features, games, and services accessible to registered users.
• "Player", "User", or "Account Holder" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the d333 platform and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which the Player accesses all platform services, manages their wallet, and places bets.
• "Wallet" or "Account Balance" refers to the funds held within a Player's account, including real-money deposits and any awarded bonus funds, where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives added to a Player's account as part of a d333 promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via an approved payment method such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Services" refers collectively to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, and any other interactive features offered through the d333 platform.
• "Business Day" means any day excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays in Bangladesh.

By accessing the d333 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the d333 platform and refrain from creating or accessing an account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

d333 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, d333 will endeavour to notify active account holders via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

To register and use the d333 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. d333 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, or other non-natural persons may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not be self-excluded from the d333 platform or any other gambling service in a manner that restricts your access.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on d333. Each individual is permitted one account only.

d333 conducts identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks as part of the registration process and at the time of withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. d333 strongly recommends choosing a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account settings panel.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access or use your account, or transfer your account to another individual. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified d333 of a suspected security breach promptly.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the d333 support team immediately at [email protected]. d333 will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.

• Do not use the same password across multiple platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Never disclose your password, PIN, or OTP to any person claiming to represent d333 — our support staff will never ask for your password.
• Enable login notifications so you are alerted to any new device accessing your account.

All financial transactions on the d333 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier.

Accepted payment methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. d333 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

Deposits are generally credited to a Player's account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. d333 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or the Player's financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the d333 account holder.
• All active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 72 hours from request submission on Business Days. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• d333 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of significant value, which may extend the processing timeline.

d333 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms set out in the individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully verified account in good standing, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new account holders only and may be claimed once per household, device, and IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the promotion's expiry date will be forfeited without notice.
• d333 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer, or to disqualify any Player from a promotion, if it determines that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct intended to exploit the promotional terms.
• Real Money Funds are used before Bonus Funds when placing bets, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned to d333 upon request. Winnings generated from an erroneously credited bonus may be voided.

All bets placed on the d333 sportsbook and casino are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed on the platform. d333 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend confirmed bets, except where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error — such as an obvious pricing mistake or system malfunction — d333 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be changed at d333's discretion.
• For sports betting markets, all results are determined according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the absence of an official result, d333 shall determine the outcome at its reasonable discretion.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to events on the field of play or technical issues. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured; bets placed during a suspension are void.
• For casino games, the declared Return to Player (RTP) percentage is the theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the d333 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or extract data without d333's express written consent.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any d333 game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events or casino games.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on d333, or using the platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Abusing the customer support team or any d333 staff member through threatening, abusive, or offensive language or behaviour.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool or restriction applied to your account by d333's player protection systems.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any d333 software or game engine.
